Deep Dive ADHD: Stop 6 Where to Next
This is it! The last stop on the Deep Dive ADHD journey. But guess what? It’s really just the beginning!
The last 5 stops on the journey were created to help you start to identify the things that are keeping you stuck in old patterns that have set deep grooves in your life before you knew that your brain was wired differently.
Deep Dive ADHD came partially from my own experience as I reflected on what supported healing and growth after recognizing my ADHD several years ago. And partly from a Deep Dive into what research shows is most supportive for women navigating a later in life diagnosis.
But here’s the thing:
You are enough exactly as you are.
You are loved and worthy without changing a single thing.
AND I want you to be able to show up in the world as the unique, incredible human that you are, ADHD and all, secure in that enoughness.
Because that, my friends, is exactly what the world needs right now.
Stop 6 of Deep Dive ADHD is about figuring out what would make the biggest difference now in your own journey to a life where you are secure in that enoughness.
Sometimes we feel so overwhelmed that we don’t even know where to begin finding the ground, especially following a diagnosis that leaves us reeling.
I haven’t experienced vertigo before, but I imagine if feels a bit like getting an ADHD diagnosis later in life. You just want to be able to plant your feet, stand up and not have the world continue to spin.
When your feet find solid ground again, you have more capacity to show up for the people around you and the world from a source the gives life and doesn’t drain you.
An invitation to begin…
I’d like to personally invite you to the inaugural Deep Dive Workshop. It will be a space for you to identify what would best support your shift to that solid ground.
I hope you’ll join me!
Blueprint for a Life you LOVE - A free, 1.5 hour, live, online workshop on November 12th at 4PM Pacific.
We’ll ask (and answer!) the question “What’s needed now?”
During the workshop you’ll:
Take inventory of where you are in your own ADHD journey.
Envision what wants to shift so you can flourish in the next season.
Listen to your own wisdom.
Identify what would best support YOU.
You’ll come away with a blueprint for what needs to be renovated, so you can live with more peace, confidence and ease.
This workshop is designed for you to get clear on what’s needed now so your life feels good to you. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but what if it could feel like a safe and sturdy home ready to weather the storms of ADHD life?
Looking forward to seeing you there!
With great love,
Danica
