I’m Danica Lefever
I help women with late-identified ADHD move from drowning in self-criticism to flourishing in self-compassion.
I believe women with ADHD are among the most creative and brilliant people in the world, with so much to offer.
But their strengths and brilliance too often get stuck in the mire of masking behaviors, executive function challenges, and shame-based patterns.
I started coaching out of a desire to support other women through the journey I’ve been on.
I’m not here to teach you how to “overcome” ADHD challenges forever – instead, I’ll support you in developing an unshakeable sense of who you are and all you’re capable of, while learning to trust that you can move through life with ease and grace.

In coaching, we co-create a space for you to explore your goals and identify barriers holding you back from a life of thriving. I believe that when a person is flourishing, they’re able to bring their gifts and talents to change the world. Coaching, therefore, is no less than a world-changing space to realize growth, see dreams come to fruition and discover how to live from a place of ease – even if that dream is simply to get a little more organized, or to be kinder to yourself. All of these little goals stack up to create a life of thriving.

1.5 hour workshop
Combining mindfulness and practical exercises, you’ll get clear on what you want your life to look like, what support you need in place to get there, and be able to see the first steps on your journey to deeper self-understanding and self-compassion.
As a first step on your journey, this workshop is designed to help you cut through the online noise about ADHD and get clear on what’s important to you.
Deep Dive ADHD
6-month 1:1 program
Through a combination of 1:1 coaching, journal prompts and personalised support, you’ll connect with a deeper sense of who you are underneath all the masks, and discover how to build a life aligned with that beautiful, sparkly, compassionate and true you.
