This 10-month program includes:
The PQ® Program for 7-weeks
Weekly, 45-minute, group or individual check-in on Mondays for the first 7-weeks.
Daily Focus video (3-5 minutes) and 2 recharge sessions (approx. 2 minutes each)
Weekly Module - 1 hour of videos and reflections completed anytime between Friday and Sunday.
Followed by six, 1:1 sessions over up to 8 months.
